Annexes are constructed on-site using a multi-layer insulated timber frame system and top-grade materials, allowing flexibility in both design and build. This approach enables Ark Design Build to respond to site conditions and make adjustments as needed during construction. Their in-house team undertakes every stage of the project—from groundworks to final plumbing, electrics, and Building Control sign-off—ensuring a cohesive, end-to-end experience.
