Ark Design Build offers both sleek mono-pitched studios and dual-pitched rooflines with vaulted ceilings. Taller designs exceeding 2.5m can be created where greater working height is needed for large canvases, specialist equipment, or displaying work. They can also incorporate features such as built-in storage, sinks for cleaning brushes, kitchens, cloakrooms, or full shower rooms, while managing all associated groundwork, utilities, and certification.
